Contract Terms
A. Wedding Resource Publishing ("WRP"), The New Hampshire Wedding &Event Resource Guide, The South Carolina Wedding Resource Guide, and The Vermont Wedding Resource Guide ("THE BOOKS FOR ALL BRIDES") reserve the right to reject any advertisement at any time.
B. Advertisers and advertising agencies assume full liability for all content, including text, representations and illustrations, of advertisements printed.
C. WRP and THE BOOKS FOR ALL BRIDES assume no liability for errors, for any reason, of an advertisement.
D. Advertisers are required to proof their advertisement and be responsible for any errors.
E. No cancellations are accepted after payment deadline.
F. Advertisements are accepted subject to the understanding that the advertisers and its agency have the right to publish the contents of their advertisements.
G. WRP and THE BOOKS FOR ALL BRIDES shall have no liability for the advertisers and the contents of their advertisement.
H. Advertisers must fill out the worksheet or provide editorial material that is true to their capabilities and services. The advertisers and its’ agencies agree to indemnify and hold harmless WRP and THE BOOKS FOR ALL BRIDES, against any loss, liability, damage, and/or expense arising out of such publication.
I. No conditions, written or otherwise, which conflict with WRP and/or THE BOOKS FOR ALL BRIDES policies will be binding on WRP and/or THE BOOKS FOR ALL BRIDES.
J. WRP and THE BOOKS FOR ALL BRIDES assume no liability for errors in key numbers nor, for any reason, the mission of an advertisement. Liability for errors for which WRP and/or THE BOOKS FOR ALL BRIDES may be found legally responsible cannot exceed the cost of the space.
K. Advertising insertion orders are accepted subject to the condition that WRP and THE BOOKS FOR ALL BRIDES shall have no liability for the failure to execute such advertising because of acts of God, government restrictions, fires, strikes, accidents or other events beyond WRP and/or THE BOOKS FOR ALL BRIDES' control.
L. Advertisers will pay in full when submitting their information for advertising space.
M. Previous advertisers will have first right of refusal for available advertising space. By reserving a space in THE BOOKS FOR ALL BRIDES, you agree to all terms of the contract and the advertising specifications put forth by WRP and THE BOOKS FOR ALL BRIDES.
